Just fill in the simple form below selecting 1 to 3 files for uploading. Your form details and upload files are then stored in a database for easy retrieval. This script includes the ability to add edit and delete entries giving you all the functionality you will need to transfer this script into your web sites.
Use the config.inc file to fine tune your uploading criteria, you can set a maximum file size upload limit. change folders paths for where you want to place the script. Set a random number to be placed in front of the uploading files to stop the chance of overwriting duplicate filenames.
MAX upload size is 10KB in this demo but this can be changed to whatever size you want when you purchase.
